Here I need to leave my honest feedback
I'm the perfect example of the person you described - always connected, digital information overload, running 5 projects at the same time, and instead of relaxing I'm watching more videos to get more information..
So the last thing I need is more productivity tips. And then... I don't like yoga. Not that I totally do not like it, I do sometimes, but it takes even more effort to do and when your batteries are drained, you just want to recharge.
And Aya was talking about this type of yoga, but my stubborn mind didn't let her help me.
One day I agreed to have an NSDR or Yoga Nidra session with Aya. I was in shock!
This is the best yoga version I ever experienced!
The most I like about it-you don't need to do anything! Ok, a bit of work with consciousness. But that's it!
And I can't stress enough how relaxing this session was. Just 10-15 minutes and I felt like I slept 8 hours.
As I'm an 'owl' person I had problems sleeping in the evenings, as my mind woke up from 23. Yoga Nidra sessions helped me to change these patterns. And I'm feeling much better as I have more sleep now. And the deep one.
When Aya offers a session of Yoga Nidra (or you can ask personal one) take it! You won't regret it.
