Mindful Leadership Workshop Series

#1: Communication that drives team performance

A transformational live online workshop for managers and leaders to learn impactful communication

What happens when pressure builds

You’re leading in a world of nonstop pressure — rapid change, tight timelines, high expectations.
And under that pressure, even the best intentions can be misheard, misread or misunderstood.
When communication slips, so does clarity, trust and performance.

Emotions leak into words and tone

Quick emails sound sharp, meetings feel tense, and feedback can come off as criticism

Clarity drops

Stress makes them rush, so instructions are unclear and people guess what was meant

Trust slips

Teams notice the mood swings and stop speaking up or sharing ideas (low psychological safety and engagegement)

Performance suffers

Misunderstandings create rework, delays, and higher burnout and turnover costs.

Leading through pressure
isn’t easy

It’s not because you’re not trying.

You're doing your best to lead well – but stress, pressure and constant demands can make it hard to be the leader you want to be.
You're not alone.
Most managers aren’t taught how to manage emotions — theirs or their team’s, especially under pressure.

And yet, emotions are at the root of most communication breakdowns.
But it can change with the tools that actually help.

You don’t need more theory — you need better tools

You’re not looking for inspiration — you’re looking for something that actually works when things get tense in the real world.

You might be thinking:

❓ Can emotional tools really be learned online — and still feel real?
❓ Will this be another thing that sounds good but doesn’t stick?
❓ Will it give me something I can actually use?

These are real concerns.

Small shifts - BIG IMPACT

With over 7 years of experience in fast-paced, international recruitment environments, I’ve built a strong foundation in driving recruitment and talent strategies that focus on people - not just processes. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across multiple roles - from leading multiple recruitment teams to monitoring quality analysis efforts. In a previous role as a Delivery Manager, I also oversaw end-to-end talent acquisition processes, collaborated closely with hiring managers, and ensured teams had the tools and clear communication needed to meet ambitious goals.

My background has given me firsthand insight into how critical communication is for creating emotionally safe spaces where individuals feel valued and empowered. I’ve contributed to leading teams through change, navigated complex negotiations, and fostered cultures where trust and openness are at the core. These experiences have shown me that when communication is handled with empathy and intention, teams not only perform better - they thrive.
