We all have the same amount of time, the only difference is how we use it. People who know about effective planning skills and methods, and especially work-rest balance, can actually maintain their productivity and achieve their goals faster.

How to become more productive?


Sometimes it happens that people try to achieve the goals of others but not their own. But if you have complete clarity about what you want to do and why you want to do it, everything is much easier. The first thing I advise my clients is to understand what their values, goals, mission, and vision are, what they like to do, and what they do best. By doing different practices and asking yourself questions, you can get to know yourself better and ultimately define your goals.

Work-rest balance

Very often people say I need to work now so I can rest later. And rest goes to the very end of a to-do list if it is there at all. When we don’t have enough rest, our energy resources run out. To stay productive we need energy for both the physical body and the mind. So do you know the best ways for you to recharge? Because productivity without rest is impossible.


Sometimes people think planning is a very complicated process and time-consuming but effective planning methods are not complicated, they actually facilitate our daily lives and are easy to adapt. If you want to feel in control of your life and be productive, you should consider planning. Planning can not only save your time but also make it easier to achieve your goals.

Of course, there are more things that need to be included to be more productive.
