Is it true:
1) Do you feel distracted?
2) Is it hard to plan and stick to your plan?
3) Do you feel a lot of chaos in your life?
4) Are you jumping from task to task without any structure?
5) Is it difficult to complete tasks on time?
6) Not sure how to prioritize your tasks?
7) Not sure how to set your goals properly?
8) Not sure how to create an ultimate to-do list?
9) Not sure how to create a proper routine?
10) Not sure how to get more energy and motivation?
11) Is your productivity very low?
12) Are you late everywhere and all the time?
13) Doubtful if you would be able to be disciplined?
14) Not sure how to balance your life?
If you answered “yes” to many of these questions, you probably have more chaos in your life than a specific structure. You feel overwhelmed because your to-do list is too long and sometimes not manageable. This can lead to difficulties in achieving your goals and the complete loss of control of your life. But this is a very common problem in this fast-paced lifestyle.
If your productivity is very low, don't get upset
Many people these days are multitasking because it has become normal. They also try to keep doing as much as possible in less time and be productive at all costs, which ultimately leads to exhaustion and burnout.
Maintaining a balance between different areas of life is getting harder and harder. And the unfinished tasks are getting more and more stressful.
Ask yourself: “What does it mean to me to be productive?”
Does it mean you have to do a lot of tasks during the day? Does it mean you have to achieve a lot of goals and make the most of every minute? Does it mean you feel guilty when you don’t use your time properly?
The high pressure
The high pressure on ourselves to be productive every minute of every day, to do as many tasks as possible, doesn’t really help us to be productive at all. In fact, the opposite is true, it makes us tired, exhausted, overwhelmed, and anxious that we no longer have either the strength or the motivation to pursue our goals.
So how would things change if you were really productive?
Imagine, if you could plan your week quickly, and most importantly be able to stick to that plan. You wouldn’t be late anywhere and you would finally have time to finish the projects you started and maybe start new ones. You would have more time for your family, hobbies, leisure and feel in complete control of your life. And most importantly, you would feel empowered to pursue your goals. It’s healthy productivity that makes you feel good and actually achieve the result.
How to be more productive?
It is important to remember that we all have the same time during the day. However, there are some helpful techniques and methods that successful people use to achieve their goals and increase their productivity. These methods are used in project management, business management, event management, personal time management, and so on.
The good news is that this is not rocket science. These are simple methods that are easy to apply in practice. Although simple, they are very powerful and useful. Properly applied, it greatly increases productivity.
The first step is to understand what productivity is all about. Productivity is achieved when all three components (Clarity, Planning, Action) are integrated.
If you have complete clarity about what you want to do and why you want to do it, everything is much easier. The first thing I advise my clients is to understand what their values, goals, mission, and vision are, what they like to do, and what they do best. By doing different practices and asking yourself questions, you can get to know yourself better and ultimately define your goals.
Effective planning methods are not complicated, they actually facilitate our daily lives and are easy to adapt. If you want to feel in control of your life and be productive, you should consider planning. Planning can not only save your time but also make it easier to achieve your goals.
Action is the most important factor in actually achieving our goals. This is one of the most complex and discipline needing areas. However, if the previous steps are done properly, choosing the right tools at this stage can help you take action towards your goals. Ways to recharge, relax, get more energy, and be motivated are also explored at this stage. All of these things are very important to stick to your plan and take the right steps toward the goal.
Hi, my name is Aya
I have been a business owner for 9 years, during which time I worked on various projects in an advertising agency and helped teams to increase their productivity. In those years I analyzed many different time and project management methods and tools until I finally found out how to effectively plan and improve productivity.
I want to help solopreneurs and freelancers like yourself to be more productive, plan effectively, achieve goals more easily and in general, have more work-rest balance.

Finally! I found productivity tips that work FOR ME!
I really enjoyed the one-on-one session with Aiste. I found it super useful.
First, I had to do my homework providing her with a description of the problems I face. Thus, when I got to the session she had the consultation tailored to my personal needs.
During the session, I got a very clear idea of how it is going to work, which helped me have a clear vision of the process. The theory was very useful, however, the individual practical tips for my personal problems were golden!
I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and I really believe I can take over my life and have a real work-life balance! Thanks, Aya!
